Hello …Need help! I have been stitched up by a plumber and need some help on the wire configuration of a Danfoss 8 zone hard wired system for under floor heating. I need to know how to wire 2 FHWC boxes – I understand the actuators wiring, however both manifolds are on separate floors and I assume that a wiring center is required to operate both units and separate call for hot water?? I was told by the plumber that is a simple S Plan and it is clearly not! I have 1 pump and 1 value on the system on each floor.
I have run a 3 core from boiler to first floor then a 3 core back to the ground floor FHWC unit thinking that I can install a wiring center on the first floor… however that where I have stopped – I’m at first fix stage and any tips would will be greatly appreciated … I relies that these will have clocks, but I am stumped on this.
How do I get the boiler to FHWC boxes and have the hot water function. The boiler is a Worcester b oil system with unvented s/steel tank and water ground / first floor heating. As you may understand this is the first time I’ve encountered this system and have no information about what so ever.
