Have been reading this, and other forums for a while and they have been useful. Have been a qualified electrician for nearly 30 years, and you are always learning. Apprenticeship in industrial/commercial, made redundant start of the 80's, went into maintenance (everything from PLC controls/11kv transformer supplies to hydraulics/pnematics). Worked in local goverment (electrical) domestic/commercial/educational. Completed degree in Building Sciences. Responsible for multimillion refurb/new build projects. Working for a building company in the Midlands, and have set up their Electrical Division, enjoying the challenge. Hope I to add a little to vast knowledge already here.
