Hi peeps, im looking for the 16th edition reg number for the reg that covers ( presence of corrosive or polluting substances ) materials liable to cause mutual or individual deterioration or hazardous degradation shall not be placed in contact with each other.
Reason being my m-i-l lives in a park home, not a caraven or a static but a park home !
It was built by a park home manufacturer in 1999 thus being covered by the 16th ed, I recently noticed that the cableing in the loft was melting into the polystyrene insulation board because it wasnt supported any where, the whole installation is like that and is imo in bad condition as the pvc has now gone sticky from the transmigration.
Im looking for the reg number for a court claim im putting together to sue the manufacturers so if anyone has a copy and can give me the number and tell me what it says then that would be excellent, plus if there are any other regs I could throw at them that would be even better :)
