........the following C&G courses and what relation to the 17th edition are they?

I am living and work in Canada for a company that exports control panels all over the world and with the new changes comming into force soon I am looking at doing a Distance course "online" to get an understanding, do the 17th cover industrial regs or just domestic and if they don't do any of the above or what standards/regs should I be looking at/for?

2381 is the course for the C&G 16th Edition
2382 the course for the new 17th Edition
2391the course for inspection & testing of electrical installations
2377 this is for the testing of portable appliances.
