Reversing an AC motor.

I have a 1.5 KW AC motor and would like to be able to reverse it. How do I go about it?

presuming its single phase, what sort is it? universal series? split phase induction?

If you can trace the connections from the centifugal switch, this might help you to find the "Start" winding (or you might get this detail from the manufacturer), to reverse direction of the motor then reverse connections to the start winding only.
