Transformer size

Hi what size transformer would I need to run a 110v table saw off my 240v mains. the saw as a 2.5KW induction motor. Thanks for any help.

That would depend on how long it was going to be used for, as a trafo's continuous rating is a lot lower than it's intermittent one.
