Periodic on grade II listed buildings

Hello out there!, I've just been asked to do a periodic check on a grade II listed building (Privately owned) and the report is required by Monday...................ooppsss. Has anyone carried out one before like this and if so are there any differences that i would need to be aware of? I had a quick look today and all of the wirering is pinned and painted black everywhere (PVC) and i cannot get any access to the loft area of the thatched roof (Although I don't think this is a problem as the client as requested this as a limitation) I think he has rats up there or mice or some bloody creepy crawly thing!

Anyway if anyone can point me in the right dorection (Website....) or if you have done one yourself any help would be really appreciated. I just need to know if there are any variations from a standard periodic check or limitations
