Small print

Hi everyone, just starting up as a domestic installer to run alongside my kitchen fitting.
How do you approach the subject of making good after electrical work? Most of the kitchen work is tiled over or hidden behind units, etc.
I was thinking about adding "small print" to my quotes regarding damaged plaster, re-fitting carpets, damage to floor boards, decorating, etc.
Any advice would be appreciated.
