I have NVQ level 5 (equivalent qualification) in electrical and have vast experience in installation and testing in eletrical field. I also have the current city&guilds 17th edition certificate (wiring regs). I have nerver worked as sparky in UK I am wondering how can I start as electrician and if my above stated certifications and experience is just enough for the purpose. I am really desperate and would appreciate advice from the experienced engineers in the field as to where to get started. I have fairly good understanding of UK health and saftey practices and also have awareness of general construction site procedures and regulations.
