Wiring of electrical equipment in industry

Hello
I work in an industrial building and we have 8 electrical staff
We have taken delivery of an outdoor shredder. Who is legally allowed to install and connect this equipment up to the 3 phase supply. 4 of the electrical staff have 16th edition certificates.

In my opinion who ever is competent. Any qualified electrician should be able to do this with no problem what so ever . Part P does not apply so its a straight forward install that does not have to be notified. Regards Jimbo
