Test centres

I am considering taking the 2382 17th edition via the correspondence course.
a) has anyone else done it this way and is it easy to follow
b) does anyone know a test centre for external candidates in the North
West of England ie 20 miles radius of Manchester
c) Can I take the exam as an external candidate and how much is it
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Kevin,

I done my 2382 at home study and sat the exam at Lockwell (lockwell.co.uk). Cost about 60 quid if I remember right. Also, I believe downundertradies.co.uk in London accept exam candidates, not sure on price tho.
