Part P sign off

Done a extension for a mate of mine but now need it signed off as I havent got Part P yet. What´s the best way, the council? Am in Surrey (Waverley).

You will need to find a sparky who is registered and able to test and pass the work you have done.

Yes contact the council at waverly and they will come out and inspect and test it. i believe they charge according to the cost of the job.
