I just bought a kitty hydro floss oral irrigator and it turns out I need a double insulated shaver socket installed in my bathroom. It says should not use adaptor only D.I.S.S. in instructions.

grr

anyone know what I should expect it to cost me roughly before I ring around as I am clueless and wary of being ripped off?
also anyone know if there is some kind of special adaptor that will not blow up/break the irrigator and will somehow work as safely as the real thing, or do I just have to fork out a lot extra or send it back?

~sighs~

Are you a spark? If not, it'll cost you a few quid to get the socket installed (or socket plus light). Personally I like the MK clearshave range. Nip to your local wholesaler or view them online on the MK website mkelectric.co.uk It has the socket and light built in. Good luck
