Still comming across people that use black as neutral in three phase installations

Our factory is a horrendous mixture of old and new colours....I think the colour change is actually pretty impractical and quite dangerous....what do you think?

I think the colour change was to detect new cables on installations that have not been Part P notified this country only complies with european legislation if it makes money for those at the top and that is what the excuse is for the colour change european legislation
