I am wiring up a beach bungalow which is going to be run off a diesel generator. The bungalow is at the back of the beach, situated on sand. Anybody have any ideas about the earthing arrangements?

Hi Generators usually have an earthing point I would treat the generator like the transformer in a substation and connect the earthing point to an earth electrode driven into the general mass of earth and would provide a main earth terminal in the bungalow connected to this point and bond all extranious conductive parts within the equipotential zone
