i am 2330 level 2 and 3 qualified - What exactly legally can i do?

it has very little to do with 'legal' - the requirement is competence

even with Part P, there is nothing to stop even the man down the pub rewiring your house, for example, as long as he uses the correct notification procedure

If you want to become JIB registered as an electrician, then you would the NVQ3 and AM2, and if you dont, i would get your 17th, and ideally your 2391 (or at least 2392) and get out there.............
