knee problems?

I would just like to hear from an experienced electrician on how their knees are holding up after years of hard work.

Absolutely cream crackered, have to really pace myself if its a lot of kneeling work, I have purchased the pads but they tend for some reason to hurt the back of my knees. Regards Jim
