Hi

If I add a small new circuit to an existing installation, I believe that I have to provide EIC and assosiated forms. Do I need to do this for all circuits or just for the new one? Obviously I will show board details for cpc and Zs PFC etc. But do I need to measure IR continuity etc for every other existing circuit? Or can I simply put that as an exclusion etc?

Yes that is correct. You have a section on the test sheet that states the extent of the installation and this is where you fill in what you have done, then the test reults just relate to that .Hope this is of some use.

an EIC needs to be filled in if a new over current device is fitted ,if you add onto an existing circuit a MEWIC would do you would have to test that circuit only

All you fill out on the test sheet is what you have installed, nothing more.
