Help required please.I am currently studying the OLCI (no laughter,or swearing at me please)EAL level 2 domestic installers course.I have completed the exams but keep failing unit 8.1 and 8.2 pre work survey section for some reason.I have put the study and revision in but still cannot pass it.OLCI do not seem to be bothered because it is £10.00 a resit every time to them,so my question is does anybody have any passed papers or any advice on the subject.Any help would be most grateful.
