Can I issue Certificates?

Hi All...

New to the site and it seems very interesting...just wondering if anyone can assist?
I recently qualified as a Domestic Electrical Installer done Part P and 17th edition...
I have installed 2 minor circuits 1 socket and 1 light! can I issue a minor works certificate or do I need to call someone else in to Certifiy the work for me? I installed these in my own house and they have been fully tested using the Megger MFT 1553
