Has anyone encountered a Buzzing noise on an old wylex Board on the Main switch. If so please advise as how you resolved this problem.

Hi All,

I went to a house today as they are having trouble with Lamps blowing on 4 X Gu10 track fitting . I plugged in my test meter and the reading was 250 Volts and popped to next door and they had the same Voltage and same problem . Could anyone give some advice as what can be done to resolve this situation.
