Hello,I need advice on hooking a metal lathe up to my home....I would like to know what i actually need to get done professionally.I want to install a metal lathe n my home but it has a 3 phase motor and i currently have only 60 amp service with 1-220v outlet...what would be the wisiest thing to do? upgrade my electric to 100 amp? then get a phase converter....or would it be possoble to run a single phase motor 120v on my metal lathe? Is there a torque difference or directional issue? i Only need the lathe to run one direction..thanks for any and all help in advance Rex In Indiana
