RCD main breaker upside down
A recent post concerned a consumer unit on it's side. A flat I have been looking at not only has the consumer unit on it's side but the RCD Breaker is upside down. i.e. the lever lines up with the others that are switched on when it is tripped. Otherwise it works OK. My initial reaction was 'Wrong' but where in the reg's would I be backed up?
