home socket problems :S
Hi, i was looking for some help.
I have an out builing which is used as a gym and as its comin to winter was looking to put my electrical heaters on a timer so as to heat the place up a bit.
I have since discovered that my wall sockets appear to be closed ( like bits of plastic blocking a plug from going in)
Does anyone know why this is happenin and how i can fix it ??
Any help would be much appreciated
thanx, Kev

Re: home socket problems :S
Are those bits of plastic not the spring loaded safety shutters that are required to be included on all sockets that are manufactured to BS1363 to prevent the insertion of foreign objects, have you tried inserting a plug into the socket?
