Hi, Fellow sparks,

This is a very basic question, but I'm having to twist and contort the flat prismatic diffusers of modular fluorescent luminaires in order to remove them during a relamping project at a height of 25 feet. Is there a better way, such as lifting the luminaire and sliding it to one side to lift the diffuser more readily or is this not practical. The tee-bar suspended ceiling has soft fibre-glass tiles which are difficult to re-seat after disturbing. I am replacing the diffusers which have become brittle.
