LED downlighters
I'm shortly putting some downlighters in my house and the 2 electricians I know have conflicting advice, I trust them both
One says Led downlighters are ok
The other says not to bother with LED's
Anyone else got any thoughts on the subject, as in pro's - Con's

are ok great saving no heat if you use day light it is a blue light

I would have thought that LEDs are the way forward.
Low power consumption, low heat and long lasting.
Might not be the cheapest option though.

I guess it's mainly down to how much they cost as LED downlights do cost more initially but in the long term you should make your money back.
For example ones from here are quite expensive:
