I need to Pat Test welding equipment and the earth leakage is failing at 3mA, do I need a Pat tester that has a higher leakage scale, these units are portable and used on site. The unit is fitted with varistors etc for circuit protection.
Several other units have pased ok but this one fails>
Can you advise where I need to look up this scenario in the new 17th regulations?
