    Default Pull Cord Wall Lights

    With pull cord wall lights can the pull cord be removed so that the lights are contolled by the switch alone?

    In most cases yes.
    You would have to check, that when the light is on, that if you turn off at the switch, then turn on again, that the light comes on again.
    If so, then using the pull switch, turn the light on, remove the pull cord and Bob's your Uncle.
