We have been doing an Electrical Strip Out of a massive ex Industrial premises here in Central Scotland. It was a fully working site up until it was sold 3 months back (to a Demolition Company that we do work for that were in the know on the value of scrap alone that was in the buildings, we have took out between 100-200 tonnes of copper alone in cable and busbar to date) . They had a large auction for generators, panels, motors, transformers etc etc and now that it is over we are taking everything of value out and storing it. All items are in excellent condition and its unbeliveable what is still there and is going to be bulldozed shortly. There are hundreds of A1 condition ABB Inverters of all sizes complete with keypads, Terasaki 4000amp, 3200amp, 1600amp, 1200amp air breakers, Merlin Gerin 3 phase boards approx 600, breakers, MCCBs, MEM Isolators 1000s off, motors, UPS Systems, Control Gear, Relays, Contactors etc etc. You name it and its here. Demolition Company not interested in any of it and have told us to take whatever we want and sell it. Should anybody out there be interested, or know of anybody or any companies that would be please get in touch. No serious offer would be refused as it would be heartbreaking to see all this type of equipment in the condition its in getting destroyed.
