Electric shocks from TV aerial...
I'm sure this is a common one, but I get electric shocks from my TV coax cable! Its like a 9 volt shock, and enough to generate a spark when earthed to something metal. It doesn't seem to dissipate.
So I assume this is an induction loop charge....how can I solve it? Does it cause a problem being plugged into a TV or (more importantly) this computer with a PC card in it!
Here's the flow:
I have an aerial on the roof
This is split to two outlets. One feeds the TV, the other the PC.
I don't see a loop, so what should I be earthing? If anything?
