what to do next?
i've just started the 2330 course but had to wait two years to get on the course but in the meantime i have done my 2381 and 2391 although i still need to do my live test on 2391 i have also done my part P.what i am concerned about is that after i have finished the course (which i have funded myself) i will not be able to get a job because of lack of experience.i am currently working as a lorry driver and am 44 years old. could anybody give me any advice.

I haven't done my 2391 yet but its highly sort after. If you find a company affiliated to lets say the NICEIC then unless I'm wrong you could be their qualified supervisor. It may be that you have to have your 2330 but if not then I'm sure there's a company out there who will be happy to have you on board with your current qualifications.
