Hi there

I need to find a competent electrical engineer who is able and willing to understand how two way radios work (the type anyone can buy from gadget shops etc) and be able to help me make a few small modifications to them. They will be paid for this, but not until I get to the specific stage. However, anyone there who has some experience who would be willing to assist, having singed an NDA?
