Can anyone tell me what are the certificates that are needed when remedial work is done to an installation to bring it in line with a PIR?

These are the jobs that I need doing

replace a db
shorten tails
replace cooker point
update light fittings in bathroom and kitchen
cross bonding
flagging wires
