Re: 2391 four day courses
NICEIC is in Dunstable dont know how far that is from you but it may be worth giving them a ring. Regards Jimbo
Never argue with an idiot , they will bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience

Re: 2391 four day courses
Hi There is a good training establishment 35 mins away from you up in Harlow. Total Electrical Training. THey do a 4 day course with a 5th day for practical assessment. Would suggest that before you embark on coures get hold of the C&G 2391-10 Exam Success Book
ISBN978-086341-899-0 and learn the guidance note 3 back to front and inside out the current pass rate is around 40% of those who take the exam. I can Tell from experience as I am a freelance Electrical trainer and I sometimes take the 2391 courses at total. their fon number is 0845 370 9119

Re: 2391 four day courses
I've just finished the 12 week course. It would have blown my mind if I'd done it four days.

Re: 2391 four day courses
I did my 17 edition on a one day course all it showed was how to use the book you take in the exam. Its alot of hard work; i passed and saved alot of money BUT i wouldnt do it that way again.I took my 2391 on a 12 week course and that killed me;i dont recommend a 4 day course unless you are very exprienced in testing.Good luck in your courses and i hope you pass

Re: 2391 four day courses
If you have not had alot of testing experience i suggest doing the 2392 first and this will give you a good grounding for your 2391.

Re: 2391 four day courses
I test daily so think the 2392 would be a waste of cash really.

Re: 2391 four day courses
I agree, i am very familiar with the 2392, and it is ideal for what it is, a stepping stone for those inexperienced, as a progression to 2391

Re: 2391 four day courses
I passed my 2391. Just got the result a couple of days ago. Only 2 out of 9 in our class passed. National pass rate was 43% for the July exam
