3 lights off 1 switch
Hi Guys. Very new to this as just started my training. Hope you can help. This is basic stuff so forgive my ignorance but i am STUCK...
I am trying to wire 3 seperate lighting roses to 1 switch in my loft. I have broken into the lighting ring and run the power to the first rose and put a switch drop in. No problem light works fine and switches on and off. Then took cable to second and third. They both just stay on and will not turn on and off.
I know this is basic stuff but i have to get this done sharpish and i wondered if anybody could give me some guidence. I need to know exactly which wires go exactly where in which rose.
Thanks guys
Jonathan

Re: 3 lights off 1 switch
Make sure the live wire in the cable from the 1st light to the second light is connected to the switch live at the first light and not the loop which will be permanently live.
You've probably already got it fixed though.

Re: 3 lights off 1 switch
Yeah you have your S/L to roses 3 & 4 in to the loop of rose 1. Swap it in to the S/L (the one that the pendant brown wire is wired too.
