Showers and ventilation
hi guys and gals
does anyone know for sure if the installation of a new shower, is a trigger for the ventilation requirements of Part F of the building regs?
There is no fan in there at the moment, only an opening light.
The properties are to have new kitchen and bathrooms installed and any fan will have to go in the window due to the layout.
Double glazed window panes, making the windows fixed pane............
I've read the guide to the regs and I think it is needed but i just wondered if anyone KNEW for sure.
Thanks in anticipation
Chris
