Keeping a record of minor works certificates
Is it necessary to keep a copy of details of jobs done (i.e. specifics relating to the wiring/type of system) on the computer as well as in the file?
Currently I am typing out details of many certificates a day when it would surely be more efficient to simply record a reference to the copy in the file?
Thanks in advance

Re: Keeping a record of minor works certificates
If you are NICEIC registered yep you must keep a hard copy, I dont know about other bodies, On the other hand I have to be honest and if it where me thus: Laptop, software, fill out M/W cert, home, back up onto separate HD and thats it. Regards Jimbo
