Hi all

I live in Kent, UK with my partner and step daughter.

I have been in & out of the building trade for some 30 years now, involved in projects of varying size's.

I started to train as an electrician many moons ago, and have just decided to come back to it and get myself qualified firstly with 2382 & then 2392 using the electa courses.

My aim is to get back in to doing building refurbishments of my own and for clients, and be able to provide the means to plan, carry out, and gain all necessary documentation for building work via LABC. But it would be nice to be able to be registered with Plan P to be able to self certify electric installations.

I hope to be able to firstly gain advise from this forum and then later on be able to hopefully give some back.
